Growing up on a working farmhouse bed and breakfast, whilst holding onto the apron strings of her mother, Catherine Fulvio (nee Byrne) was destined to dedicate her career to the food and hospitality industry. Catherine is fast becoming a household name in Ireland, having completed three TV series for RTE and launched two cookbooks. She has made an impression on many Irish homes for providing quick and easy food, suitable for family life and entertaining friends. She has made many media appearances, including the NBC Today Show in the States, as well as appearing on other major international TV channels, including Discovery, The Food Network, and BBC Good Food Channel’s 'Market Kitchen'.
