The Atlantic Whale & Wildlife Tours bring visitors to some of the best places to see dolphins, whales and other marine wildlife off the Cork coast.
Departing from the pier at Courtmacsherry, County Cork, visitors are brought close to some of the most sought after spectacles in the world of wildlife. Breaching humpback whales, lunge feeding fin whales, spy hopping minke whales and of course bow riding common dolphins can all be encountered. According to data from the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group, this area is one of the best places in Ireland to encounter whales and dolphins.
Tours operate all year round, with morning and afternoon trips available during the summer, and morning only during the winter months. Trips are generally between 3 and 4 hours in duration. All trips are subject to weather conditions.
Atlantic Whale & Wildlife Tours can accommodate 12 passengers per boat. The whale watching vessels, The Lady Patricia and The Lady Louise are licensed by the Department of Marine. They have toilet facilities on board. Car parking is available on and near Courtmacsherry Pier.
