Originally from Transylvania, Danny and Dana Albu, the founders of Danny Albu – The Leather Studio of Kinsale, opened their leather studio in 2019. Representing the third generation of his family, Danny has over 30 years of experience in leather design and leather craft. He gets his inspiration from the beauty of nature and human nature.
Each design by Danny is imagined and created with love, the utmost attention to detail and consideration for the craft. Through each handbag creation, Danny is preserving the authenticity and originality of the leather and at the same time bringing his designs to the market.
