Ionad Cultúrtha offers visual art exhibitions in its bright exhibition space and regular traditional and classical concerts in its intimate auditorium. It also has the facility for film screenings and recording concerts. The facilities are also used for school concerts, cd recordings, seminars, lectures, book launches, poetry readings and TV and radio programmes (RTE, Radio na Gaeltachta & TG4).
The programming season is from early September to the end of May (as the place is in use during the summer months for Irish language summer camps).
