Oysterhaven was established as Ireland’s first windsurfing centre, in 1981 in County Cork. Learning through fun, coaching and positive reinforcement, characterise the approach taken by their instructors in all their courses at Oysterhaven.

For participants wanting to excel in a particular skill, the Oysterhaven Centre offers five-day sailing and windsurfing courses.

Participants concentrate on their chosen activity and progress through a modular course, approved by the Irish Sailing Association. They are awarded the appropriate certification at the end of the course.
