The Sandwich Stall at the English Market in Cork City, has a variety of sandwiches available such as a Cork Reuben, a flavoursome concoction of Irish spiced beef with tomato, sauerkraut and gherkins on sourdough, a home cooked ham salad on tomato Foccacia, Mossfield Organic Gouda married with pickled cucumber on Beamish bread, made with Cork’s dark and delicious Beamish stout.
On offer each day is a freshly made soup, and flavours change with the seasons. Drinks are kept simple, good coffee from the Spanish Cofessa range, Cork’s Barry’s Tea, Green and Black’s Hot Chocolate, and a range of herbal teas.
