Hidden gem
Artists Ros Harvey and Tim Stampton run Ballagh Studio where they paint, make prints and publish limited edition books on Irish legends. The Studio Gallery is 7.5km from Malin Town towards Lagg and Malin Head.

Visit Ros and Tim at Ballagh Studio Gallery, nestled in Inishowen, the most northerly peninsula of Ireland. The Studio was established in 1990, where they paint, make prints and illustrate books.

Ros is a member of the Royal Ulster Academy and the Pastel Society of Ireland. She specialises in the medium of pastels. She has exhibited in many countries and has won awards for her works. She has illustrated 7 books.

Tim is an expert wood engraver, etcher and illustrates his own limited edition books with his woodcuts and engravings. These he publishes under his press symbol "Apple and Wave".

The Studio Gallery is open all year round and there are good parking facilities.
