Amie Egan is an emerging costume and textile artist, designer, and maker based in The Complex Studios, Dublin. She received her formal training at the National College of Art and Design (NCAD) where she graduated with a BDes (Hons) Degree in Fashion Design. Since graduating in 2014 she has worked in the fashion industry in fashion capitals such as Dublin, London, and New York.
Since 2021 Amie has shifted her focus from fashion design-based work to an art practice.
