Rustic Stone is a restaurant created by Irish celebrity chef Dylan McGrath in the heart of Dublin City. It features the fusion of stone cooking and robata grilling in the room, with Asian, Spanish and South African influences. The Bonsai Bar serves Japanese inspired small bites and cocktails.

The Rustic Stone prepares fresh Irish ingredients with creativity and flavour, in a fun, inviting and relaxed place. They cook seasonally, using organic produce where possible, sourced from trusted farmers. The cooking methods draw out the full goodness from within.

A wide variety of food is on the menu, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, fish, beef, pork, chicken, sushi and more. Cocktails, Japanese whiskeys, craft gins and wine are specialties.

The restaurant is styled to the highest standards, with black leather seats, warm lighting, and its very own cherry tree leading up to the second floor.

In the Bonsai Bar enjoy Japanese inspired bespoke cocktails and exquisite gourmet bar bites, as well as the evocative ambience.
