The Stillgarden Distillery team introduces guests to a world where science meets nature with their range of captivating experiences and 120 botanicals. Their liquid experts are always on hand to answer questions.
Their afternoon tea experience includes samples of four signature craft gins, followed by tea and a selection of decadent cakes and tasty sandwiches.
Their gin school and distilling academy allows you to create your own special spirit recipe to take home, using botanicals from the onsite garden. The experience includes the history of distillation, botanical exploration, special gin tastings, cocktail demonstration, a charcuterie board and more.
In the Irish Aperitif tasting, you will be greeted with a welcome drink then proceed to taste four spirits including Stillgarden Distillery's award winning aperitifs.
Their cocktail masterclass begins with a welcome cocktail. It is a hands on experience where you create two signature drinks, hear about the history of distillation and see a demonstration of the distillery equipment. After the tour, relax in the heated terrace to enjoy the drinks you have created.
Distillery tours include one or two drinks and last about 20 to 25 minutes. Garden tours are also available, where you can learn about the plants used to flavour spirits, and their approach to sustainability and protection of pollinators.
Otherwise you can simply book a table in the Stillgarden Distillery Bar. They also cater for corporate events, such as summer parties, Christmas parties and team building events.
