Writers from the Rooftop of Croke Park
Dublin City, Co. Dublin
16 March - 20 April 2025
Universities, pubs, streets and even waterways are the backdrop to the evolution of writing in Dublin. Join us from the Kellogg’s Skyline on the roof of Croke Park as we look at these famous sites on our brand new 'Writers from the Rooftop' tour.

From Brendan Behan to Oscar Wilde, Dublin is famous for its vibrant literary scene and has produced some of the world’s most beloved storytellers. Ireland’s capital was designated a UNESCO City of Literature in 2010 and has produced Nobel prize winning writers, popular fiction megastars, poets & everything in between.

As well as the intriguing people behind the words, the city itself is a wonderland for those with a passion for the written word. Listen as your guide treats you to an irreverent & quirky look at the writers of Dublin and their stomping grounds. You’ll learn about the bohemian quarter of Baggotonia, spot some famous Joycean landmarks and enjoy tales of modern Dublin scribes, all while taking in panoramic views of the city.
