Tom Doc Sullivan operates his guiding service from the Dooras Peninsula on Lough Corrib. He guides there, on the neighbouring Lough Mask and in many other waters. Tom Doc Sullivan has been guiding for over 20 years and has helped many visitors catch their first Corrib or Mask wild brown trout. Lough Corrib is one of the finest wild brown trout lakes in western Europe, along with her sister lakes, Loughs Mask and Carra which make up the Corrib system known as the Western Loughs.
Tom regularly gives talks at angling fairs, shows and clubs. He has had articles published for both Irish and British magazines and currently co presents the popular fly fishing podcast; Ireland on the Fly. A keen competition angler, Tom has also fished for Ireland on nine occasions.
Tom Doc Sullivan is a STANIC qualified instructor in casting and fly tying. There is a maximum capacity of two anglers per trip with Tom.
