Julia Clarke Pottery in Cahersiveen, County Kerry, is a working studio and gallery located just 1km off the spectacular Wild Atlantic Way and the Skellig Ring. Visitors can watch pieces being made and purchase handmade gifts to suit all budgets. You can also participate in one of Julia’s pottery classes.

At Julia Clarke Pottery in Cahersiveen, County Kerry, you can enjoy magnificent views over Ballinskelligs Bay. Julia’s workshop is bright and spacious with handmade pottery that are both functional and decorative, inspired by the sea.

Julia Clarke Pottery is a working studio and visitors are welcome to visit to watch individual pieces being made. Julia’s work is available to buy directly from the studio or from local craft shops. The work is inspired by the surrounding Kerry landscapes and seascapes, and the glazes reflect the palette of the natural countryside and changing textures and patterns.

Pottery classes use handbuild techniques and everyone will get an opportunity to throw on the wheel. The classes are suitable for children over five years, adults and groups of all abilities and experience. Classes are kept small to ensure all students receive attention where needed.
