To celebrate The Murmur of Bees exhibition, the Museum is hosting a special day-long programme of talks and demonstrations this Heritage Week, exploring the topic of beekeeping with the Federation of Irish Beekeepers Association (FIBKA).

1pm - 2pm

Live demonstration showcasing Black Irish Bees with Mayo Beekeepers Association

2pm - 3pm

Showcase of records and materials from the records of the Federation of Irish Beekeepers Association

3pm - 4pm

Public Talk by the Federation of Irish Beekeepers Association discussing the History of Beekeeping in Ireland
