All of the gelato at Fabio's Homemade Italian Ice Cream, is made fresh using local ingredients, fresh fruit and ingredients imported from Italy. There is no use of emulsifiers, hydrogenated fats or artificial colourings.

Seasonal gelato flavours include, elderflower and strawberry, white chocolate and hazelnut crunch, nutty rum chocolate, peach and prosecco or lemon and lavender.

Fabio's Homemade Italian Ice Cream also offer organic fairtrade Italian coffee which is a blend of Arabica coffee beans imported from Florence. There is a quick bites menu that includes, pizza slices, focaccia sandwiches and grilled piadina, which is a soft Italian flat bread.
