The Yoga Picnic is a wellness festival which brings together Ireland’s best holistic practitioners taking place on at Lough Ennell, 20mins from Mullingar. Yoga teachers, speakers, healers, poets and musicians from all around the country give classes in yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, ecstatic dance and mantra; perform music, drumming, sound healing and poetry; curate magical cacao and rose tea ceremonies; and provide a space for fun and exploration with acro-yoga, kids yoga and forest activities.
