McDermotts Pub in Doolin, County Clare is owned and managed by Patsy and Steven McDermott. The pub has been in the family for an incredible four generations.

This is an ideal place to stop at when touring Doolin Cave, the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark, Ailwee Caves or taking a ferry to the Aran Islands. Their friendly and hospitable staff will give you a very warm welcome on your visit to Doolin.

Coastal escapesCliffs of Moher Coastal Walk

Safety Notice: This walk is only open for 1km in each direction north and south of the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. The Northern section from Doolin is only open to Surfers Path – this will require walkers to turn back and remain on the walk back to Doolin. There is no access to Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre on this section of the walk. The Southern section from Liscannor is fully closed for 5kms.
